"Excellent customer service, professional, patient, and no one has ever gotten my carpets this clean!"

"My new tenants wanted the carpets cleaned before they would rent, I called Bill and he did a real good job I was surprised. The carpets almost looked new. I would recommend Bill he is also very punctual."

"This is the second time we have used this company. They do an excellent job. Brian was helpful in explaining the process he was using which we appreciated. In addition to cleaning our large sectional sofa and 2 recliners he also cleaned our family room carpeting as well as my husband's office. The results were outstanding."

"Excellent, I heard back from him in less than an hour when I first set it up and then several days later I had to change the date, it was no problem at all for him. He was very accommodating. He was right on time and finished my 3 rooms & stairs in about 90 minutes. It was first time having newer carpet cleaned and it shines now. My daughter was here and saw him working and actually booked him to do her house. I would & have already recommended him."

"They were a pleasure to work with. I heard back immediately from my Angie's list message inquiry. They were able to work with my tight deadline. They communicated well with a traffic delay on the date of service. The carpet cleaning was thorough and gave new life to my 5 year old builder grade carpet. Absolutely would rehire again."

"Dana is a very pleasant man, came when he said he would to clean living room, dining room and hall carpet. However the cleaning job was not as good as I had expected. They used a carpet cleaning machine similar to what you could rent yourself. I feel as though the cleaning only brought the dirt to the surface as I noticed my grandsons knees were just as dirty as before the cleaning. I thought about calling them back to redo the job but would it have gotten any cleaner? I'll have it steam cleaned in future"
