"Excellent, I heard back from him in less than an hour when I first set it up and then several days later I had to change the date, it was no problem at all for him. He was very accommodating. He was right on time and finished my 3 rooms & stairs in about 90 minutes. It was first time having newer carpet cleaned and it shines now. Not a stock text or email, but a personal call from the owner, Keith. They also were able to do the job within a week and only took about 45 minutes for a 2-seat couch + large ottoman and chaise.
