On the fence side of our business, we offer a wide variety of choices including ornamental aluminum/steel, vinyl, multiple wood options including cedar, various chain link styles and other fence-related items. For decking, we sell and install composite, vinyl, and wood decking and handrail-systems plus aluminum deck and porch rail products. Lastly, we not only provide complete installation but also offer materials-only for the do-it-yourselfer.

One aspect that truly stood out was the level of craftsmanship displayed by the team. They paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every composite panel was perfectly straight. Even the parts of the deck that no one would typically see, like the lumber pillars underneath the deck, were painted to blend in. When it come to a tub to shower conversion, we never do a partial demolition to save time and money and leave you with new panels glued to loose and old molded materials and hope you don't know, that is totally incorrect. We do a full demolition, inspect walls and flooring. I believe if you take the extra steps to do it right, it make me feel better as a person, knowing you are getting a project that you will love and enjoy for years to come. On his first day, he improperly installed one side of a railing, leaving me perplexed about his lack of basic tools, like a level. His partner mentioned he had been informed about the mistake. Upon returning to fix it the following day, my concerns grew. Months later, a baluster fell due to poor installation; I discovered that he had only secured one-third of the balusters with screws, using nails for the remainder. This led to warping from outdoor exposure, necessitating the replacement of all ten balusters I ordered. Recently, while leaning on the railing, it shifted under my weight. Despite contacting Scott, he has not responded. I strongly advise against hiring SJS Handyman; their unprofessionalism includes delayed work, unexcused absences, and the inappropriate use of old materials in the project."
