"This is a very strange place. The owner assured me they would be able to fix a part to an antique door and told me to call if I didn’t hear from them by a certain date. I didn’t hear from them on that day, so I gave them a call. The person who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic and scolded me for calling them to check on my job. A few weeks later they weren’t able to repair parts for my door or find a replacement after assuring me they could. (This is after having my door parts for several weeks). Today, I go to try and pick up my locks during posted and advertised store hours and there’s no one there but a sign on the door saying they’d be back by 2:00. Since I’d driven all the way out there and it’s a long drive, I called the number to see if they’d be back any time sooner. The person was so rude and sarcastic and just responded “what time does the sign say” intentionally being unpleasant. I expressed that they have been very unpleasant every time I call and I was only trying to pick up my parts and had driven a long way at which point I was hung up on by who I believe is the owner. These are very unpleasant, unprofessional and sad people who are clearly suffering so much that they are incapable of common human decency and kindness. Highly recommend Peoria Lock and Key they are nice, honest and do faster work. Jimmy is a joke."
