I called Mid-Illini Doors because my garage door spring had broken and the garage door couldn?t open. I got the service within 24 hours. The personnel were quite professional and kind and solved my problem immediately. I was very satisfied with the outcome as my garage door now opened so flawlessly. I recommend this company 100%.

After waiting weeks for other local companies to respond, I was fortunate to find Mid-Illini and Haedickie! Sparky immediately returned my call (during family time, no less) and the very next morning Chaymen serviced our garage door opener. He immediately discovered a very minor issue (just a sensor misalignment) and informed us that the opened did not need replaced as another company had advised last year. Since we already purchased an opener and liked the modern features, we requested it be installed anyway.(Word of advice: speak to them before buying an opener in store vs through them. There are costs, warranty and ongoing maintenance advantages we wish we had known about). When completed, they even offered to take the original opener off our hands so they can provide more economic options for customers. What great community stewardship! Quick and courteous response. I had a broken garage door spring. Sparky and his team changed the spring and got the garage door working again quickly. I would use them again.

First, the repair done was on an install completed less than a year before by a great company whose owner retired. Mark (Sparky) handled the repair regardless. Sparky had to replace the board on a <year old LiftMaster. He came after hours to diagnose, and completed the repair while were away on vacation - he is COMPLETELY TRUSTWORTHY. he took extra time to reprogram all of the remotes he could. AND, he fixed a broken door hinge that wasn't even related to the opener problem. When I need another repair, they will be the first I call. sa

Customer Service is NOT dead... I spent some time today trying to trouble shoot why my garage door opener wouldn't operate. Worked fine yesterday, but late yesterday afternoon, zip, wouldn't work. Installed 7/15/20; door and opener. Spent 90+ minutes on the phone with Genie; concluded it was the motherboard; the tech (who was great) wanted to be sure it was the board, so set me up for a call back with another senior tech...after waiting 4 hours and a 20 minute chat session on the website, I said enough for today. The chat person (Jordan, who was also great) said she would put the call in the queue, but it could be 24-72 hrs. before the call. (I said, I guess my time is worthless; and what if I'm not home?). Nothing she could do, but commiserated. So, I called the installer, MID-ILLINI DOORS and spoke to Marcus Sparks the owner/installer. Recapped the conversations with Genie and the conclusion it was the board. "Are you home?" "Yes." I have that opener in my truck, I'm on the way... We switched out the front panel of the openers, reprogrammed the wall mount and the 2 remotes...voila; back in business. NO CHARGE; I'm sending a gift card. IF YOU NEED GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OR BOTH...I CANNOT RECOMMEND MID-ILLINI DOOR HIGHLY ENOUGH!!

My 70 year old garage door was badly in need of repair. I was very surprise how well it was repaired, how easily I can open and close it now and for a GREAT price. Definitely on my short list for any future repairs.

I did a lot of research to determine what I wanted to replace a 30+ year old door and opener. I called several places for estimates; everyone had the same info - so it came down to price. Mid Illini was not only less than all the others, it was higher quality than all the others. Easy to do business with, knowledgeable, reliable. Great job.
