I had to hire a person to straighten framing, reinstall missing areas, plus, even though I had given the contractor plans beforehand with the understanding it would be installed according to plan, he charged extra for items thatwere on the architect's plans. They also installed three windows that were done so badly I had to remove them and reinstall. They were set at different levels, crooked, leaked water. Just a really, really low quality, disappointing experience that cost a lot and had to be redone by a professional."
