"Mike called me right away to set up the appt. and came on New Year's Eve day to do the job since it was a warm enough day to clean gutters. He pointed out one particular problem area that was plugged up. Unfortunately, that area was still plugged up when I returned and he was done. When he returned later that night for his money, I told him and he promised to return and fix the problem---which he did. I have a very large/tall house so the price was $200----don't know if that is a bit high but since I didn't have the means to do it myself and it really needed to be done to help solve seepage into the basement, I suppose this was fair."

When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house. This was a complex job requiring Scott and his workman two days.
