Originally, I planned on my husband and myself doing the project, but then we decided it would be better to hire a professional. Somebody who knew exactly what they were doing. Our project included the garage floor and around our pool. We had used cheap epoxy years before and it was blue and the concrete around the pool was green. Elizabeth came out to give us an estimate. She was friendly and informative. We opted for full coverage flakes and wanted the anti slip added around the pool and we chose the light colored iced coffee. We were told we didn't need to cover the pool to keep debris out. My husband and I cleared the garage ourselves to help save them time. Bret and his crew showed up late. One guy clearly was not into working. They sanded, painted, and flaked the floor. We had to stay off it until it dried so I didn't get a real good look at it before they came back the next day to clear coat it. Again, we had to stay off the floor. When I could walk on the floor and get a good look, I was very disappointed. They didn't use the anti-slip around the pool, the flakes were very thin and completely bare in large spots. They didn't even completely cover the old paint so there was still blue and green showing through. There were a lot of flakes in the pool even though the edge around it is still bare. I would have done a much better job myself. For $4,000, it should have been perfect. I hate being put in a position to complain. I sent an email with pictures to Elizabeth and didn't get a reply. After a week, I sent another email. Finally, she responded that they'll see when they can fit me in. Another week went by, we happened to see a floor done by another company and that floor looked great. My husband was finally so mad he called and said they needed to get over here and fix it. Bret showed up and acted like he had no idea it was that bad. If you care about your business, you should inspect what your employees do and make sure it's done right before you leave the job site. Bret told my husband they would redo the whole floor so we were very happy. I thought now it will be done right and the old paint would get covered. Wrong, they only spot sanded and added some flakes. They added the anti-slip around the pool, but was sloppy about it. Now, there are globs of the anti-slip in spots and still bare in others. I stressed to Bret from the very beginning that we could not have that floor slippery and I feel like he just didn't care. They didn't try to cover any more of the old paint. They are very unprofessional. The whole experience was very disappointing and frustrating. Wish we would have done it ourselves.

Contacted us immediately after we inquired on this site. Promptly came to give estimate. Able to accommodate our date request. Arrived earlier than stated time. Very professional. Explained what they were going to do. Finished project as promised.

Arrived on scheduled time, removed items from work area, started to work keeping area clean. Finished project met our expectations.
