Best window and door contractors near Tolono, IL

"The sales staff was simply amazing, and the contractors were customer friendly. I stand by their work as I am a contractor myself. There is no other company I would call or recommend for windows or siding. The best for quality, price, and caring contractors."

"I was very pleased with Wilbur Otto and his crew who demolished 2 garages for me. They graciously put me into their schedule early to help me out with a deadline for getting the work done. It had rained and was muddy but that didn't stop them from working. It was a messy and dirty job but they cheerfully worked and cleaned everything up nicely. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. The work was completed right on the estimate and everything was left nice and neat. If you want someone who is honest, pleasant, and hard-working, you can't go wrong hiring Wilbur Otto. If I need more work done, I will hire Wilbur again."

"Quality of the work was good...was told that they would arrive at 8 a.m., and due to one person calling in, the job was delayed till nearly 11 a.m. Things like that happen, I suppose. The installers were nice and helped make sure a gap from the concrete in the garage to the patio outside was fixed. Hauled away the door and took another large item we needed to dispose of, so that was nice of them to do."

"I had a number of interior doors that needed work - some needed the bottoms shaved, one needed the side shaved, and the biggest project was replacing these ancient, horrible metal doors that were a weird size. They had to resize the utility closet opening before installing new doors. I'm super happy with the finished work! The guys were easy to talk to and explained everything to me well."

"This company has excellent windows, doors, and service. The installers did a fantastic job with installation and clean up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"All the guys at Kodiac we’re very professional and caring towards the wants and needs of my project. I had several windows installed in a very short amount of time. They were here every day on time and worked very efficiently to get my windows installed quickly. The product is amazing. I’ve been able to turn my heat down 4 degrees after the install. The windows look excellent and all my trim was put back perfectly. The price was the best I could find out there and I did plenty of research. I would recommend Kodiac Home Improvements for any job you need done you will be glad you did. Very honest and reliable. Thanks Kodiac ?"

"$7000 for a simple door and $3000 per window? On an old mobile home? No thank you !!!!!"

"This company provides excellent service, quality work, and professionals who always go the extra mile. Not only have the two experiences Ià ¢à  à  ve had with them resulted in finished work at very reasonable cost, but all individuals are always respectful and polite but perform above and beyond expectations. In particular, for this just-completed project, which involved painting kitchen walls, windows and ceiling and reattaching some fallen aluminum siding pieces, Josh, a renovation specialist as well as a painter, went out of his way to make additional small repairs on his own initiative. His manner and skill set are impressive and restores oneà ¢à  à  s faith that there are among us people who are naturally honest, skillful and helpful. I wouldnà ¢à  à  t hesitate to hire him for further work and am sure his reputation will only grow over time."

"They did a very good job and they had a good price compared to other estimates. I would hire them again and I would recommend them."
