"Matt Skubiz team from Dream Home Exteriors did a phenomenal job. My roof required a double tear off and partial plywood underlayment replacement. His team of very hardworking roofers came and finished everything in one day! Very importantly, a few things really to Matt's credit and all the people that work for him. Phone calls promptly returned, usually within minutes. Start to finish in one day. Took proactive steps to protect the landscape, central air, garage doors, etc... Cleaned up! Did a really good job at cleaning up. Several of my neighbors commented to me as well that they were impressed at how well of a job they did. I also had 1 piece of aluminum fascia that needed replacement which they replaced and matched very well to existing that had been put up about 17 years ago. I sought out bids from multiple roofers, with Matt's being the most competitive, despite 1 of the other bids using exactly the same materials. Matt also has a greater detailed contract, spelling out clearly what's included, so you don't have to guess. Some of the other contracts I reviewed were not very complete, nor as professional looking. He has a very well rounded approach from start to finish and respectful as well. By the way, I am a Real Estate Appraiser for 45 years and have watched quite a few roofers. I never knew Matt before he did my roof. So, if someone asks me, I will have no problem recommending. "We hired Juan to installed new subway backsplash and remove old peel & stick backsplash from kitchen. Juan mentioned he was a little busy but will be able to take the job on and complete it on a timely manner. Juan installed the backsplash on a Friday evening after 4pm and worked until about 10pm to get the backsplash completed. Juan returned on Sunday after noon to complete the tile work after allowing mortar to dry. However, the issue was Juan did not wipe up access mortal and/or cleaned off the tile. Juan left drops of mortal on our floors (which we had just cleaned from Stanley Steamer). Juan left a few pieces opened-no tile is in those cracks. Juan left the tile backsplash with streaks from the sponge. And Juan did not apply border of caulking to the edges. Juan left tile with streaks and clumps of mortal around our cabinets, on tile and on the wall. After discussing these concerns with Juan he mentioned I was criticizing his work and his integrity. Juan mentioned he has not had a dissatisfied customer who have complained about his work. I mentioned to Juan my OCD kicked in and when we hire someone to do the work the expectation is to complete the work to customers satisfaction and clean up after you have completed your task for the day! Juan mentioned he will return to ensure we are satisfied and complete the work and neither less to say I received a text from Juan stating he will return $100 off the bill that was paid to us and he does not want to work for us! Bad customer services and not acceptable for any customer Very Disappointed"
