We tried troubleshooting on our own but needed someone who knew what they were doing to take it apart and get inside, and I am so glad we found Cesar. He was able to squeeze me in quickly even though he had a pretty packed schedule, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and very responsive and communicative with me throughout the week. He had to order us a new sensor and install it. The entire job, from the initial service call to ordering the part, getting it in, and installing it was completed in less than a week. "We had a very difficult project -- the existing concrete and fence had to replaced, along with the pool's concrete bottom, vinyl liner, and some of the plumbing. Midwest Aquatics was the only contractor of 4 or 5 who examined the job, that would do all of the work (concrete & pool work). The quality of workmanship was good, as long as my wife or I was staying on top of the work being done -- however, when we weren't able to watch over the details, MWA's project management and communications were poor. There were several cases where re-work had to be done, 2 serious issues that we're still stuck with, and contention over $$$ owed."
