"I have been looking for a reasonably priced generator repair company for some time. The person who answered the phone was extremely courteous and seemed to go out of her way to help me with my service needs. Within 30 minutes the owner called back and based on my description of the problem was able to suggest a simple fix over the phone that I could do and which solved my problem. "Pete was very nice and he was very knowledgeable about his job. I would recommend Watts Electrical to my friends and family. Pete gave my son in law a great idea and explained how to do it, he said that it was a good idea to save money, they just bought the house and he was very very nice. He did not make it the day before but he called to reschedule and he showed up the next day and was very quick to find the problem and explained how to fix one. "Fabian (the electrician) was an absolute professional. I let him know what I needed and he provided me with several options on how to get the task completed within code. He provided me with a specific timetable, which was great for me because it allowed me to work around my work schedule. Once the job was finished, it was as if he was never there.
