Pete gave my son in law a great idea and explained how to do it, he said that it was a good idea to save money, they just bought the house and he was very very nice. He did not make it the day before but he called to reschedule and he showed up the next day and was very quick to find the problem and explained how to fix one. We would recommend him for all of your electrical needs.

Peter came to my house earlier than was discussed which was nice to have a company arrive early for a change. I explained my problem and he gave me a few scenarios to which could be causing it, he then started with the easiest first and worked his way through. After trying several different solutions he decided he would have to go into the attic to trace the wire, but he explained he did not have a respirator but he would come back the next day first thing and take care of it, the next morning he arrived started his work right away and within 2 hours had found the problem and repaired it.

I was very pleased with Watt's Electrical's response time to my need and their ability to complete the electrical panel installation quickly. Customer service and communications were very good and I was pleased with the quality of the work as well as the clean-up. I would recommend them highly for electrical work and would definitely hire them again should I need further services.

He made sure if I had a questions that he answered them. Checked everything was working and any mess was cleaned up before he left. Very professional and did a great job.

The contractor was Peter Smith, a very pleasant guy who communicates well and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. He was able to quickly zero in on the offending breaker, replace it, and fix some of the underlying wiring issues that may have caused the problem in the first place. Thank you Peter!

They did a really good job.

I used Service Magic to have A/V work done for a new home entertainment center. This included connecting speakers, running wires within the walls, and installing equipment. Peter Smith visited our house within 48 hours of submitting the request and was extremely professional and reasonable from a price perspective. The following day, I had my work completed and Peter was on-time and had the work done within the time frame alloted. He was extremely clean, friendly (with my family!) and helpful for future considerations to other projects within our home. I would HIGHLY recommend Watts (and get Peter) for your work.

On time, everything explained very well. Would use them again. All electricians are expensive, and so are these guys, but at market rate.

Good. Electrician showed up in a timely manner and "fixed" a (relatively) minor problem without delay. Electrician had a nice personality and was friendly.
