"I hired Hargrave Investment Property Solution, to professionally dig 5 post holes using 8ft large, heavy steel posts. He was very inquisitive and made sure he understood what i wanted done. I tell you that young man was very professional, charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, precise and detailed. My posts are straight, even, lined up and the foot of the post he installed looks uniformed too. The young man Phillip knows what he is doing and is great at it. He took his time to make sure the measurements were spot on and he finished digging and installing all 5 post holes well under 3 hours. I will most definitely hire him again for any future projects. Also I would refer him to all my family and friends because not only does he know what he is doing, he is honest and trustworthy too. It was a privilege to have met and hire him. "Lockhart Services were very professional. I had 5 televisions installed and they all needed an outlet. Lockhart services installed the outlets and the wall mounts for the televisions. No wires were shown, the work was very neat. I would definitely rehire them for another job, and I highly recommend them."

He and his crew were on time every day. They were all polite and incredibly knowledgeable. Lara Home had the guys to complete every single item on my to do list, no matter the skill. I didn’t have to go find, hire and concern myself with other “specialists”. Some of my projects were small and some were quite significant. No matter the scope everything was done perfectly. "I contacted him on the Next door App to replace an exterior storm door. He came on October 29 or so and put in the door. The door wasnt long enough so, I he had to order a piece and I had to give him an extra $53. He said hed come back on Monday or whenever the piece came to caulk the door everything else its now January 2. He never came back with the piece. He never came back to caulk the door. Hes not responding to m. as of December 6., he said the part was coming in a couple days and he would contact me to finish the job and never did and now hes not answering any phone calls or text messages. Never got a receipt any type of paperwork anything cause he was supposed to come back and caulk the door and finish with the PC ordered. I have text message from him the whole time saying he ordered the piece showing me. It was taking some time to get here that he is gonna come back and finish in nothing. "
