"Luis installed grab bars, folding bars, and a curtain rod in my shower on Dec 15. The folding bar was initially installed incorrectly, interfering with the water switch, and he even asked if that was acceptable. After reinstalling it, obvious unused holes were left in the wall tiles. On Dec 16, he admitted he forgot to install the curtain rod support and promised to return and install it for free since it was part of the original service. However, when he came back on Dec 29, he demanded an additional $60, changing the reason multiple times (hardware, tools, then travel), despite my having already purchased all required parts. The final installation was poorly done?the rod support is not vertical, the wire was cut too short to adjust, and the workmanship is unacceptable. He also claimed to have purchased hardware included in the $60 but handed me an obviously used item that was not used. Based on my experience, the work quality and integrity were disappointing. Be cautious."
