"I recently hired VanDrunen Outdoor Living to resurface my concrete walkway and stairs, and I am incredibly pleased with the results. The original concrete steps were caving in, and the walkway was in poor condition. After reaching out to VanDrunen Outdoor Living for an estimate, I had the pleasure of working with Zack VanDrunen, who was professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the entire process. Zack provided a detailed bid to replace the damaged concrete steps and resurface both the walkway and new steps using Vuba Stone. "Excellently. The masons made quick work of the demo up front, taking a day to remove the parapet and half a day to get the chimneys down. The rebuild was more deliberate, getting the colors right, making sure the new common brick was plumb and the decorative brick looked perfect. Once the parapet was up, the roofing crew came in and flashed the new masonry tightly, applying reflective paint and patches to wick the water away from the brick. The roof was applied over the top brick with a slight overhang that later gets hidden by the drip tray. The capstones came back particularly beautifully. The cleanup was very effective, having red mortar meant it took a bit more detail to get it right, but they did it. The work is strong and looks good."

"Went with Kerry roofing to replace the leaking roof and leaking chimney on my mom's house. The chimney repair went great. They redid the entire top, installed a new liner, and tuck-pointed a good portion of the wall on the house around the chimney which was in also in need of repair. No more leaking chimney! The roof didn't go quite as well as the chimney work. The actual work was done on schedule but there were issues with it after they were done. But Tony was more than happy to get things fixed. Twice I called about somethings I saw that didn't look right and he was able to answer my questions (I'm not a roofing expert, was just comparing to other roofs) and then had a guy out to fix things when he determined that yes it wasn't done right. I realize this was a complicated roof, with many steep gables, but would expect an established roofing company to be able to handle the job, so was a bit disappointed there. But I appreciate that Tony is always a phone call away and able to answer my questions and send someone out if needed. They stand by their work."
