Owner is on every job-site. No sub-contractors are used. Jobs are typically priced per square ft. Payment Terms: 30-50% material deposit, remainder due upon job completion. We are tied into industry leading suppliers/manufacturers. We have 40 contractors throughout the entire State of Florida. All jobs require 50% up front and balance due upon completion of the job. We do not accept checks for final payment. We do not offer financing.
