"Very fast , quality work and friendly. Cleaned up well also. Work done was garage wall rebuilt, big garage door repaired and service door replaced. All done very well."

"Wade removed my crumbling aggregate porch steps and replaced them with a wood set. I'm very pleased. His communication and promptness were great. He told me exactly what he planned to do and gave me a quote right away. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend Hansen Building & Renovations."

"The first company that was assigned by Choice Home Warranty did not show show or call for the scheduled appointment. I was told to contact the company, but I was not satisfied with the response and the new appointment. After complaining to Choice Home Warranty, they paired me with another company (HT Handy Works LLC). My plumbing issue was not covered under the warranty, but the company was able to resolve my problem, although it was costly."

"I called the company to have them come and look at some shingles that were not laying correctly.  Prior to their arrival, my daughter backed one of our vehicles into the side of the garage while pulling out, bending the track for the garage door and damaging the side of the garage (broke the 2x4, split the sheeting, etc.).  Mike came out on a holiday because I am in the process of selling my home and needed to have the repairs made ASAP.  He completed not only the roof repair, but replaced the side of the garage and straightened the garage door track.,  And, he cleaned up the garage when he was done.  This company has been extremely responsive and Mike genuinely cares about his customers.  He is friendly and caring and has been a pleasure to work with.  Because of him, I think my house is sold and the family buying it is happy with the repairs completed."

"Our 242 Home Improvement representative provided a clear, detailed initial proposal and answered all our questions. The job was scheduled and completed within the timeframe we requested. We have been very pleased with the end result so far."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We had our basement finished and we were extremely pleased with the entire experience start to finish. We were provided a detailed plan and timeline, we felt like Matthew really listened to what we we wanted to have done and demonstrated that in detailed blueprint to begin the project. Constant follow-up and checking in with both us and the subcontractors. He hired quality subcontractors as well, work was being completed efficiently and respectfully. He will definitely be the first person we contact for our next project big or small and look forward to working with him again."
