"The project went very well I have been a long term customer, Everything as always is great! Their Lawncare division is always professional they call you beforehand to let you know. This summer I had a large project done by them and the Landscaping division is just great. They removed a patio, and tie wall then installed a new trash pad, installed a new Belgard paver patio on top of the wall they installed. Everything went smooth except they found drainage pipes under the concrete so that had to be pulled up and new stuff put in. That was extra but other than that clean-up was great and the guys were always professional and in uniforms every day."

"The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace. 
He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed. 
After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too. 
Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed.

"Perma Jack recently installed a perimeter drain system in my basement. As an interior designer I have worked with many different contractors on projects large and small. This was a big job that involved using jack hammers to break out concrete and what seemed like an endless parade of wheelbarrows hauling new concrete back in. "Our back and side yard had become a swamp and Nathan and the guys at the Drainage Team fixed all our problems.  They were very professional, had wonderful ideas and fixed our problems.  When the utilities came out to mark where all the lines were buried I was sure one was going to get cut by the small backhoe they had to bring in to dig the trench for the piping. I just couldn't imagine how they could navigate them, but they did.  I was thrilled.  A portion of our old (very old) fence had to be removed for them to do the work and when it was reinstalled there was a little more gap at the bottom of where the fence went up a hill.  We have a small dog and the guys took some old pavers and installed them all the way up the hill so our dog would not be able to escape. They reseeded the area of our yard that had been torn up and it looks better than any of the rest of our yard.  We've had no flooding or pooling since.  The system is working as they intended.  Our side yard actually dries out now and is no longer a swap.  They also added on pouring us a concrete pad for a shed we wanted to put in our backyard.  We'd intended to do this ourselves, but given the time of year and our busy schedule we didn't think we'd have time.  Nathan was great, looked at the shed and gave us options as to what type of base we could put in.  We decided concrete was the best option and they worked it into their timeframe of the project for a reasonable price.  Everything came out great and we were very impressed by their work.  I will definitely use them again if we ever had any further issues."
