I had a very significant drainage issue around my property that had caused severe water damage to several rooms inside the house. This had been going on for years and I needed a solution. Team Green stepped in and solved my problems. The project went very smoothly once underway. The lead time was about 7-8 weeks, which was the only downside. Everything from start to finish was thoroughly explained to me and if I had any questions they got answered quickly. I even called them to ask questions about another provider's bid/project and they had no problem explaining the issues to me. The install crew worked very hard clearing large tree roots and rocks to install the drain. Several gutters, including two of my neighbors, were directed into the drain, which was made of high quality six inch pipe. The rock used to cover the drain looks great and they reseeded any areas disturbed by the install. Since the install I have not had a single issue with flooding inside the house. The drain can handle a lot of water with no problems. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend Team Green Outdoor to anyone.

The whole process for this project went flawlessly. The team was fast, efficient and did excellent work. The project consisted of installing French Drain around a portion of the house where we had continuing problems with water in the basement after heavy rainstorms. In addition, they removed the turf from an adjacent area and replaced it with small rocks to make a clean, mud-free pet run. Since that time, we've had a dry basement, even after the severe weather we've had this spring (2015). We could not be happier.

Excellent service and professional crew. The results were exactly as described in proposal. The final outcome solved my drainage issue. Every time I get hard rains, the drainage project performs and expected. The price was a bit higher than most other contractors, but the final job is worth it, you get what you pay for. Thanks. My experience with them was very good.  They came with a good plan to solve our backyard water flow problem and installed it.  They did a good job, finished it quickly and overall I was pleased with their work.

Completely satisfied. Team Green is higher priced, but you get what you pay for.  We previously paid $2000 to a contractor for the same job.  The job was done horribly and we had drainage and water issues immediately after the job was completed.  After many calls, the contractor never called back, nor tried to remedy the situation.  So after reading all the excellent reviews on Team Green, we called them in.  What a difference.  They were extremely professional and the job was done excellently.  We were so pleased that we called them back to complete another job.  The customer care and quick response is amazing.  For anyone trying to cut corners with cheaper labor, I would caution them since it will probably cost you more money in the long run as it did for us.  Do yourself a favor and call in Team Green.  We have had other workers for other jobs on our property and they were amazed at the work and asked who did it.  When we replied Team Green, they were not surprised at all and mentioned that they always do top quality work.

Our back and side yard had become a swamp and Nathan and the guys at the Drainage Team fixed all our problems.  They were very professional, had wonderful ideas and fixed our problems.  When the utilities came out to mark where all the lines were buried I was sure one was going to get cut by the small backhoe they had to bring in to dig the trench for the piping. I just couldn't imagine how they could navigate them, but they did.  I was thrilled.  A portion of our old (very old) fence had to be removed for them to do the work and when it was reinstalled there was a little more gap at the bottom of where the fence went up a hill.  We have a small dog and the guys took some old pavers and installed them all the way up the hill so our dog would not be able to escape. They reseeded the area of our yard that had been torn up and it looks better than any of the rest of our yard.  We've had no flooding or pooling since.  The system is working as they intended.  Our side yard actually dries out now and is no longer a swap.  They also added on pouring us a concrete pad for a shed we wanted to put in our backyard.  We'd intended to do this ourselves, but given the time of year and our busy schedule we didn't think we'd have time.  Nathan was great, looked at the shed and gave us options as to what type of base we could put in.  We decided concrete was the best option and they worked it into their timeframe of the project for a reasonable price.  Everything came out great and we were very impressed by their work.  I will definitely use them again if we ever had any further issues.

It was satisfactory.  They were nice and professional.  We haven't had a big enough rain yet to know whether or not it's actually been corrected but I'm assuming it is.

When we contacted the Team Green Drainage Team to look at our drainage problem, we had two 4?x4? egress windows in our basement which were filling up with water every time we got a heavy rain. The problem had been minor when we first moved into the house, but it had grown to the point where we were bailing out the window wells with buckets and a heavy-duty wet-vac every time we got more than a drizzle. We contacted several contractors to get proposals on how to solve the problem and got a wide variety of potential solutions with an equally wide variety of costs. While the Team Green bid was not the cheapest, their proposal of atrium drain grates and French drains for the window wells with additional connections to minimize the contributing downspout issue was the most complete and far more cost effective than the two proposals of similar scope that we received from other contractors. We also found the Team Green folks to be exceptionally courteous and professional. The work was done quickly, and the job site was left in such good shape that you cannot see where they dug. Since they completed the project, we have not seen any water in the window wells and no longer have to worry when we go out of town. We have recommended Team Green to other folks we know and will continue to do so.

I was prepared to have a french drain installed to solve a drainage problem under my rear deck. Representative from this company suggested the berm instead which seems to be working just fine, the french drain would have cost aprox 3K+ instead of the 1K+ I spent. He seemed to be looking out for my pocketbook and the work performed was just great. I'm a happy camper.

Excellent work and have had no further drainage issues. They actually hand placed the rocks in the dry creek---which was extensive. Very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. On time as well.

Had repeated water in basement, with water coming in from the front of the house and the side where the drain pipes were located on a 90 year old home with a stone foundation. Brent came out, walked me through potential solutions. We settled on one. They came out and did the work a few weeks later. Looks good and so far we are dry.

Because of Angies' list recommendations, I contacted this company to help me with backyard drainage issues in my newly purchased house. Brett Berkbuegler came out promptly to discuss my problems. Although he didn't think the drainage issues could be resolved he did recommend re-piping of all the rear downspouts to move water to the rear of my property. He was very nice, took his time to discuss my problems and subsequently submitted a contract which I accepted on May 18, 2010. The work was scheduled for July 12, 2010. The work was completed in one day and as far as I can judge was well done. However, I was very disappointed and upset with the one-on-one contact I had with Mr. Berkbuegler after my initial dealing with him. Although he was very nice when he was selling the job, he was very different on the day of installation and the next day when I called to voice my concern over the replacement of some large rocks in a retaining wall on a hillside which had been disturbed during the drainpipe installation. He was there for about 5 minutes on the 12th to get the project started, and was obviously in a great hurry and had no time for my questions. He did not come back either to check on the project or to give it any final approval. When I called on the 13th to voice my concern about the rocks that had been moved/disturbed, he made me feel very defensive about my request that the stones be reworked so they would not be a danger to my grandchildren and dogs that use the yard. There was one large stone that was particularly precarious. He categorically stated those stones would not have been moved although he had not looked at it. At my request he said he would inspect it but by his manner indicated it was a great inconvenience to him. He shortly called back to say he had checked with his crew and they had definitely not moved/disturbed any stones. I told him that was just not so, the top layer had definitely been moved/disturbed. Although not saying he thought I was lying, he certainly intimated that, and he had not even seen it at that time. When he did come to inspect it he again made me feel like I was a great inconvenience. He attempted to fix it, could not, and was obviously irritated. Never once did he apologize for any inconvenience to me. He gave up and said his crew would have to come back and do it. His manner during all of these exchanges was abrasive and I was upset for the rest of the day. The crew promptly came to fix it and did so in short order. The young man in charge (Dan) both at the installation and during the fix was very nice, polite, and apologized for anything they had failed to do and asked if there was anything else I needed. What a difference in the way I was made to feel. A company will make a mistake at some time. It is how they handle their mistakes that separates the good from the bad. Even though the job was completed in a workmanlike manner and the one mistake promptly rectified, the way Mr. Berkbuegler handled himself and the way he treated me was so unnecessary. Because of it I will not recommend this company to anyone and I will not use them again although I intend to have the same drainage work done in my front yard.

The company was very professional. All work was done relatively quickly and with care. Areas of the lawn disrupted were sodded and returned to their original state. I have waited to file a report until we had experienced some really torrential rain. We have as of this spring, and everything is totally dry in the basement. It is a huge relief. Before even a small amount of rain meant a wet basement.

This job went very well. The company's proposal was detailed and clear. The project manager, Nathan Whitaker, was always responsive to our questions and concerns. We discussed options for cutting corners to save on costs, and we did this in some areas, but Mr. Whitaker's focus was consistently on project quality. The project began on schedule and was completed without interruption, except when forced by weather. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The work site was kept as neat and orderly as possible. The project, which lasted close to two weeks, always had a foreman on site. The workers all worked hard.

They installed a drain at end of my driveway and dug a trench from there to edge of my property to empty water into common ground in back of my house. After they finished, you could hardly tell where they dug up (and replaced) the grass to bury the pipe. Job was completed in one day and the crew cleaned up area completely after job was done. Excellent work. Highly recommend this company!

Very well done. No ruts in my lawn from the bobcat, rock was carried from street - no damage to my driveway. Rock was spread without damage to existing retaining walls.

Team Green had installed a drainage system for us.  A sump pump in the system developed a problem.  I called them first thing in the morning, and within a couple of hours they had come out and fixed the pump.  Great work; extremely responsive and helpful.
