Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

"I am pretty handy around the house but I knew there was no way I could cut all these tiny tiles to install a Backsplash in our kitchen. I was super nervous about finding someone who could do a top notch job as I have very high standards. I made a couple calls and got some pretty outrageous quotes on a 15 1/4" x 16' Backsplash. None of the the folks I spoke to even offered to stop by to quote it. I finally came across Luis Flooring & More here on Angie's List. Luis stopped by the house and took a look at the job. He gave us a fair quote and also provided all the information up front as to what was involved in getting the Backsplash installed. We scheduled for the next week, but I made a boo boo in the scheduling and had to reschedule the morning of the job. Luis was super understanding and we rescheduled for 2 days later. Luis and a partner showed up and the installation took about 8 from start to finish. The results... WOW!!!! Perfect!! Our Backsplash looks just as amazing as those you see on HGTV all the time. I could not be more impressed with the quality of work!!! They did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I noticed they even replaced a screw that had been missing in one of our electric outlet covers. Talk about attention to detail!!! I would absolutely recommend Luis Flooring & More to anyone looking for someone to do tiling work."

"A lot more to discuss about this than I would like. Drain tile construction seems fine, which is the most important part of this project by far! We will learn more upon a rainy season in the fall or spring. Demo was not as clean as we would have liked. We have steel studs in basement, so they pushed out walls to put drains to window wells behind electrical conduit for outlets. This ripped the drywall off of studs and pulled framing away from windows. We had to rerun electricity around the new drains and do some repairs because of this. If we had wood studs, we do not think that they would not have been able to cause as much damage, so this shortcut cost us some work. There is also a small dent in our ceiling on the main floor from when they were carrying materials. Dust was everywhere. They left the door to the basement open during demo and construction so dust was all over our main floor. Also, they mixed the concrete in our garage, so everything we move out of the basement to avoid dust is now covered in concrete dust. This is very difficult to remove since mixing with water will form more concrete. They asked what we need from them to fix this, but we do not see a good solution other than wiping down each individual item ourselves. It's a lot of work we spent a lot of time trying to avoid by following Alex's recommendations. There was a miscommunication and Reliable Basements did not put the new sump pump in, plus the check valves were put 2 inches from the lid of the sump pit leaving the pit inaccessible to us. After several attempts at communicating with them, they responded and replaced it and fixed the check valve placement in a timely manner. They missed a crack in the foundation, but were quick to come out and fill it for the same price they offered during the drain tile installation."
