Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. "We had our bathroom redone by Luis after a pipe burst in the wall and destroyed it. Luis was very professional right from the get-go. He wrote a reasonable bid and stuck with it. We had him install a whirlpool tub and large tile for the walls, floor tile etc. They basically had to gut the entire room, even the floorboard had to be replaced. The room was reinsulated and redone from the studs up. As for the work he did, it was excellent and he went above and beyond what would be expected. His workers were very careful with keeping the dust to a minimum, they were respectful of our time and house, they cleaned up after themselves and even had a cleaner come after the work was done to get the dust off the shelves and wipe down the floors. This is 5-star service! And Luis kept his promise of getting the job done in a timely matter! Not only was the work done well, but Luis also made sure that the tile we bought was installed artistically. We will hire himj again"

"Great experience overall. Originally hired this firm just to refinish a bathtub although I had many other repairs to do. While assessing the bathtub job, Matt offered, for a very fair price, to replace the tub faucets and new vanity that I had purchased . He also found where water had gotten into the wall behind the tub faucet and made the wall soggy. He was able to remove the tile, repair the wall, and replace the tile, without additional charge. After beautifully finishing the bathroom, I asked Matt to quote on removing a kitchen cabinet and repairing and painting the drywall around it. He did a fabulous job, again for a great price. Then I asked him to paint the garage door and porch ceiling. All the work has been done well. I use this firm repeatedly because of the work quality and price."

"A lot more to discuss about this than I would like. Drain tile construction seems fine, which is the most important part of this project by far! We will learn more upon a rainy season in the fall or spring. Demo was not as clean as we would have liked. We have steel studs in basement, so they pushed out walls to put drains to window wells behind electrical conduit for outlets. This ripped the drywall off of studs and pulled framing away from windows. We had to rerun electricity around the new drains and do some repairs because of this. If we had wood studs, we do not think that they would not have been able to cause as much damage, so this shortcut cost us some work. There is also a small dent in our ceiling on the main floor from when they were carrying materials. Dust was everywhere. They left the door to the basement open during demo and construction so dust was all over our main floor. Also, they mixed the concrete in our garage, so everything we move out of the basement to avoid dust is now covered in concrete dust. This is very difficult to remove since mixing with water will form more concrete. They asked what we need from them to fix this, but we do not see a good solution other than wiping down each individual item ourselves. It's a lot of work we spent a lot of time trying to avoid by following Alex's recommendations. There was a miscommunication and Reliable Basements did not put the new sump pump in, plus the check valves were put 2 inches from the lid of the sump pit leaving the pit inaccessible to us. After several attempts at communicating with them, they responded and replaced it and fixed the check valve placement in a timely manner. They missed a crack in the foundation, but were quick to come out and fill it for the same price they offered during the drain tile installation."

"Nathan did an wonderful job. I added some additional work and he was able to fit it into his schedule. I had a lot of decisions I had to make on my own and he was very helpful making several trips to the tile and paint stores to accommodate my needs. The tub I picked had some unique features that caused no problems. He was even able to incorporate the floor tiles into the back splash to tie everything together."

When I saw what happened, I called him and he graciously came back and moved the grab bar to a more reachable place. When I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing."
