We are flexible on payment options we do not expect money up front we collect a down payment once material is delivered and we start work. Then once job completed we will do a walk around with the customer. Then customer signs off on the job and we collect final payment. "Josh came out quickly to give me an estimate and was able to get me on the schedule right away. The roof turned out great! I asked him to pick out the shingles himself because he’s the professional, and they look perfect. When the old shingles came off, we discovered the roof decking had wide gaps that needed to be replaced. Even though it meant more than double the time and work, Josh handled it without hesitation. He also repaired an outdoor stairway deck for me and did an excellent job. His on-the-spot quote for the extra work was fair and reasonable, especially for the labor involved. The material costs are what they are these days, but Josh kept everything transparent and did high-quality work from start to finish. I would absolutely hire him again."

"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."

Salesman stated two payments. 50% down to start the job and remaining due at completion and satisfaction of the jobs. They wanted payment after each job. Workers left two windows unframed with pine shims and spray foam insulation sticking out. Back door lock was installed crooked, bottom weather stripping was ripped up, and worker destroyed my original oak trim around the door and installed white trim in place of it. Siding crew didnt speak english and I came home to them installing insulation board over my existing siding instead of taking old siding off. They were caught not replacing old rotted facet boards and tried installing over rotted out wood. Vinyl trim around the windows was not even. They had to come out three times to caulk the same window. Workers put up new gutters with large black scrape on the front. Sales presentation is recorded, but will not provide a copy of audio to customer."
