That seemed strange, so I called the village directly. They informed me that no such inspection is required. When I confronted the owner and asked if this was his first time working in my village, he said no. I then asked why his office would mislead me about inspections if they've worked here before. His response? Silence. That's when the truth started to emerge. The quality of the work is fine. No complaints. Had the owner told me it would take 8 day"
