The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Alan made an appointment to come to the house and give us an estimate.  He wrote the estimate right away and told us when he could come do the work.  He and his crew were on time, friendly, and professional.  They took all necessary steps to prepare the areas for painting, and keep the other areas clean.  They repaired drywall in the master bathroom, and down the basement stairwell.  Everything looks like new!  They didn't take any shortcuts on prep or painting.
