They were able to find a comparable unit in another state that would work with my system that I was unable to locate myself. They shipped it to us for free and charged a very minimal installation fee. They added another 10 year warranty on the unit. They are very knowledgeable about the products and even spent extra time “mouse-proofing” to prevent similar damage going forward. They were very personable, trustworthy, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I'm very satisfied with the work of Stewart's Heating and Air Conditioning. They were here the same day I called. They were very professional and they explained everything what was happening. The people there are very friendly and very kind.

I give this company a "B" for returning the phone call. I searched for a company in my area to work on a system installed in my home. Stewart's came up as the closest to my town. I left a message and when call was returned, I was told 1) we were not in their area, 2) any plumber could look at the system and 3) was just basically talked to like I was a 5 year old that should have known better than to bother them with such questions. I deal with home improvement companies, contractors, customers and am asked to recommend places for customers to do business with- I will certainly NOT recommend this company to anyone.

They are a A's all the way down. There was a problem at my normal place that they pointed out to me at no additional charge.

I like their promptness of service. I would tell other people that they are reliable.
