"Painting is average at best. 1 Star given due to trying to get someone out for warranty work. I understand it is their busy exterior painting business but Live Paintings response is we are busy and will let you know when we can come out even after a month of waiting. If things were painted properly and not in a hurry to get the job completed we probably wouldn't have had to even discuss warranty work. I would consider adjusting my review if I can get Ricardo (Live Painting) to honor the warranty. Sad you have to resort to online reviews."

"Bonn Builders, Inc. remodeled my townhouse to get it ready for me to sell. What an amazing job they did! New laminate floors in living area and bedrooms and ceramic floors in the laundry room and foyer, refinished the hardwood stairs, new light fixtures, new paint, granite countertops, and closet doors. Check out the pictures! I would recommend them to anyone....they were detailed, great customer service, and completed my work in just three weeks so I could put it on the market....it is now under contract after just three and half weeks. If you need remodeling or new construction, contact Bonn Builders!"

You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.
Calculate the square footage of the area you want to paint. Divide the square footage by 350 (the average square footage a gallon of paint covers). Multiply the number of gallons you need by two, as you’ll likely be applying two coats of paint.
