By that I mean a unexpectable quality of work (cosmetically, performance structurely, and ability to rectify their obviously bad job). "I found Jacob and Eric Gottberg through your agency. They told me they were licensed plumbers. I paid them $1500 to replace pipes under my house and get my water running and toilet flushing. I've had an electrician come to rewire the house and he said there was a leak. I called Jacob and Eric and was told I had to give a fee for them to look at it. Today the pipe they replaced under the sink burst. It had been leaking this entire time. Now I have to replace the floor under the sink and have it fixed again. Will never recommend this company."
