We lost some shingles after a big storm in April. We called and they got out there quickly and replaced the shingles - and didn't try to sell us a new roof! In the past everyone we talked to for this type of problem did a strong pitch to replace the whole roof, even though it's only 7-8 years old! We'll definitely be back to Supreme when we have the need again!

Mike with Supreme was fantastic. He and the team repaired our flat roof over our addition and replaced our chimney. He found and repaired shoddy work from the roofer we used 2 years prior. Mike and Supreme were GREAT!

Supreme was the best price quote we had,they were out two weeks after we hired them did a great professional job! Extremely conscientious and eager to please. Done in two days. We are very satisfied and would hire again!

I had a Roof  and new gutters installed on my house.  During the estimate process and actual install, I was pleased with their service.  As the crew wrapped up, I mentioned an issue I had with one of the gutters.  It looked crooked and like water would pool there.  They told me it was fine and went home.  Sure enough, I had water pooling in the spot I pointed out.  I called the owner Larry and the office numerous times.  They kept telling me their lead guy Jack would come out and fix it.  Three months later he still had not come out as promised.  In the mean time, I not only had water pooling in the gutter, it was leaking out the seams.  All of a sudden, one day a man showed up at my house with his daughter to fix the gutter.  He could not really speak much English and I tried to communicate to him what the problem was.  As soon as he saw it, he said it looked bad and tried to fix it.  After the repair, it continued to leak, but now more.  I took numerous videos of water pouring out the seems and down my brand new patio door.  I called them numerous times again, but again nobody came out.  I talked to the owner Larry a few times again, and he promised I would be the first job of the season, as soon as it warmed up enough to replace the section of gutter.  It is now August, and I have not heard a word from this company, nor has anyone showed up to repair the error.  I have called numerous times over the last year and a half.  I have given up trying at this point.  Nobody from this company will be coming back to repair the mistake.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.  They do not stand behind their work.  The customer service is very poor. 

Supreme was selected from 4 roofing contractors who submitted quotes.
Their price was competitive and they offered a large selection of roof materials.
Their quotation was very clear and contained all the points we discussed.
They arrived on the day they promised with the materials.
The job went very smooth with the tear off completed by late morning and all the debris cleaned up.
The new installation began by putting down water and ice sheild followed by the new roof.
They scheduled the village inspector to visit twice for village approval.
At the end of the first day they cleaned up again and stacked their tools neatly which surprized us.
Second day went just as smooth they even painted all the pipes to match the roof plus painted the top of our fireplace which ahd rusted...the foreman's comment was "we like the job to look finished"
We were very satisfied with the project and would recommend Supreme to all.

I contracted with Supreme Siding & Roofing one year ago to put new siding on my home. Another company had given me an all inclusive price to put siding on the home and install new windows that I had purchased. They explained they would have two teams come out to do the different work. I asked Supreme to match their price - which they did. I expected two teams - one to do the windows and one the siding - instead we got Barney Phyfe and Homer Simpson to do everything. They did not get around to doing the job before the snow hit last year (which should have been my first clue that I should have gone with the other company). They proceeded to do the job this year. They worked on an average of 4 hrs a day so needless to say, my exterior was in a mess for months - some large contraption they used to cut the siding sat in my back yard for weeks as they proceeded to cut items for other customers. Once they began the work this is a partial list of what we were up against. 1. Blooming Plants were trampled flat (they did the same to my neighbor across the street while doing a job for her). 2. Telephone wires cut twice while removing old siding - AT&T called in. 3. TV Cable disconnected and reconnected wrong - blew the system - AT&T called in again. 4. Sided over bathroom vent - lower level being remodeled and drywall had not gone in yet - different contractors brought it to my attention as they feared a fire if left that way. 5. New doorbell put on crooked. 6. Shutters put on wrong windows - six total - three 35" and three 39" - pretty obvious with 6 windows that 3 - 35" was supposed to go on one level and 3 - 39" was supposed to go on another level - and since the lower windows are only 35", any 5 yr old should be able to figure it out - but NOT Supreme. They put 2 of the 35" on the upper level and one 39" before discovering their mistake. I had to reorder screws at a cost of $15 for screws and shipping. 7. Windows were a total fiasco - cut out one side of drywall and stuck the windows in instead of cutting out both sides and centering the windows. I stopped them from going farther and had 5 companies come out and give me estimates. All said Supreme guys should NOT be installing windows because it was obvious they did not know what they were doing. I hired another company to do the windows. 8. Keys left in front lock of the new front door for 3 days without our knowledge. As we use the back door and only use the front when gathering mail or someone comes, all 4 keys were in the outside lock from Friday until Monday. 9. My husband had to tell them they needed to put wooden frame under the window to hold it in place rather than just screwing it into the side panels. 10. No siding put over the garage door and under the soffits/fascia - one old white panel left where they sided over the other three sides. 11. Front door was a mess - not put in straight - crooked - no insulation - no trim put back inside - I hired another company to straighten out the door - it took an hour but looked nice when done - and cost me $75. . 12. No J-channel around windows or top of front door. 13. Brand new steel door has two dents in it 14. Knocked a chunk out of my drywall in my living room when removing the old window. 15. They left a mess all over my back yard - including a pack of cigarettes and empty paper cups on a daily basis - only cleaned up after they were completely done - which took them two months to complete the job. Now I have the supplier of the siding threatening to put a lien on my home because Supreme never paid them for the siding - even though the first check for $4900 that I gave PRIOR to the job being started was supposed to pay for siding. I paid an additional $2500 when they were close to being done but had not paid the remainder until they straightened this mess out. Now I have decided I do not want them back so we will wind up in court. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau in Chicago. Every time I complained about something, George (one of the owners) kept telling me that "these things happen". I found out 2/3 of the way through the job that one of the two workers was his brother. This certainly proves that cheaper is not always better. I URGE EVERYONE - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I joined Angie's List to find a company to finish the windows and was extremely happy with them.
