    Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I called about two separate parts and they had them both sitting at the desk waiting for me when I arrived. I have called them in the past and they have been very honest and didn't push service or sales on me. In fact, he told me that what I wanted to replace didn't really need it at the time and suggested I waited a little longer and save the time and money. Very personable, respectful, knowledgeable, locally owned business

    Our lawn mower self-propulsion broke while mowing the yard, then the mower failed to start. We took it here to diagnose; the drive belt had slipped and was stopping the mower engine from turning. They had to order the belt, but got it all fixed up. They gave it a complete service and when we got it back, it ran like new

    It was a very good experience. I spent around $2000. I bought high end equipment. I would recommend them. They have some nice brands and even though some people may not buy them because they don't have the money I would go back to them. Their equipment gives me the opportunity to go and buy a piece of equipment one every 20 years. And that's what it is

    They are a small shop and they are wonderful. They are great. They took 24 hours to fix it. It is a fine little place. They do not try to take advantage of you. It is a really sweet guy that runs it. You take it in and they get it done. I did not have to worry about anything. I think the price is reasonable

    We were in the market for a better lawn mower and Wieland's was close. Stopped in with my wife not sure what to purchase. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us in our decision to by a Toro. Not cheap, but well worth the money. Our yard looks much better now.

    Quote was WAY WAY WAY off. And their quote was probably more than the equipment was worth. Phone manners were atrocious. Very poor and unprofessional on the phone. I listened to the manager yell at Dominick after they thought they had hung up. Only provides pickup and delivery service on Wed and Thurs each week. So I had a 1 week wait to get tractor picked up, 2 week wait to get into shop, 2 week wait to have work completed and waiting on parts, and another 1 week wait to have it delivered. During all this time, I think I made 8-10 phone calls to them, and none back to me with any updates. The only good thing was that their actual cost was lower the quote. But their labor rate was $79. per hour for pretty crappy customer service. I will not be using them again

    TEN WEEKS later I got my mower back, minus some parts and some other parts replaced with ones they must have found laying around (I assumed they had either broken or lost the parts which were on it originally). I was never called about the status of the mower, I always had to initiate the call. I was told initially the crankshaft broke while it was being looked at so they were going to order a new engine. The owner said he would cover half the cost of the new engine (an admission of guilt in my mind). A few weeks later when I called I was told the engine had arrived and would be put on the next day. The next day when I called I was told they had gotten the wrong engine. So they said they would just replace the crankshaft. The problems didn't stop there but I think you get the picture...Every day was a new problem. There was a point where I considered going to Call-a-Tool, gathering the mower and all the parts which were laying around and taking it to someone who knew what they were doing. Also, once when I called to inquire about it the employee hung up on me. This was customer service at its finest! After all this they had the gall to charge me $55! For what? The bill didn't explain what the charge was for. I paid because I just wanted to "move on". Yes, the mower does work, but not as well as it should. Please, if you care about your tools and lawn equipment, don't take them to Call-a-Tool for repair

    Got my Tractor back over 2 months later and I am back where I started. I ask for an invoice showing any work done, they sent me a blank invoice. I assume they never did the work. They gave me a bill over the phone for the $584.21, but after I argued that I would not pay anything for work not done they charged me nothing
