Each time we have called or gone into this facility the employees are rude. Just called for our yearly service and once again the person on the phone was extremely rude - apparently bothered by our business -

We were in the market for a better lawn mower and Wieland's was close. Stopped in with my wife not sure what to purchase. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us in our decision to by a Toro. Not cheap, but well worth the money. Our yard looks much better now.

Our lawn mower self-propulsion broke while mowing the yard, then the mower failed to start. We took it here to diagnose; the drive belt had slipped and was stopping the mower engine from turning. They had to order the belt, but got it all fixed up. They gave it a complete service and when we got it back, it ran like new!
