They do not listen or they hire such cheap and ignorant young students that they never get proper feedback from their potential customers. I have to tell them multiple times each year to stop asking us if we want lawn care performed by them. Now they have taken to ringing our doorbell so late that it wakes up the kids.

I called they showed up, weeds died, I paid them. Then they called trying to upsell products/services. I explained my situation and that I wasn't interested and ended with please don't call again, I'll call you. I subsequently endured month's of occasional phone calls despite my begging to be removed from thier call list. The last call I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau: haven't had another phone call since

Service was okay but I cancelled it a year ago and cannot get them to stop calling, trying to get me to renew. I left a message for the office manager about this in November 2014 and calls continue to date.

They do not show up when they say they are going to show up. It might be a week to three weeks later. I called several times to tell them I had weeds and they did not come out for weeks.

I called and they said they would be out within 2 weeks.  Showed up on Oct. 13 at 8:20 a.m. It had been raining off and on all night.  An hour after they left (or sooner) it started raining all day. When I called for service I said I need to talk to the tech because there is a specific area inside a locked area that I want treated.  They did not ask me where it was so I know that area was not treated. On their note left in my door said it might take up to two weeks for the application to work. I waited two weeks and called them backand after 3 calls finally got someone to come back. He came at 745 a.m.  I showed him the locked area and said I want the dandelions and weeds sprayed on the rock area and under the picnic table (rocks under it.) He said they can't spray on rocks because their license won't allow them to spray on rock? What? Why? Anyhow when he said that I said forget it, that's where I wanted weeds killed.  So I wasted my money and I still have beautiful big green danddelions.. I really can't remember exact cost because I used a Sieze the Deal voucher I had purchased earlier.  . I am unhappy with their service.

They recommend 8-10 treatments a year but we don't usually get the full treatment. applications.  Anytime I saw more dandelions they came back out to re-spray for weeds.

The first year I used them it had me questioning whether there was any value.  My lawn looked the same.  But the following spring, my lawn came in more lush, weed-free, and greener than it ever had before.  As those neighbors around me that don't use a lawn service started getting their annual dandelion infestation, my lawn remained dandelion free, except for one or two stragglers that probably blew in.  They offer a pre-pay discount or you can pay as services are rendered, and you can pay online.

I have been a customer for past 2 years. Company does an excellent job attending to my lawn care needs throughout the course of the season.  After each service, they provide a written summary of the visit (ie what was done, time and duration of completion, recommendations, and overall feedback), in addition to information regarding the products and reason for selection.  They are quick to  respond to requests.

We pre pay so I don't have much interaction during the year.  They have a package where they come 6 times a year.  I don't have a positive or negative thing to say.  They show up and do the job, I would say it's great or bad.

Horrible company. They couldn t kill a week if their lives depended on it, and I found their customer service to lousy. When I called to cancel my service, the woman was condescending and completely rude. Stay away unless you re looking to throw your money away.
