"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Chip was punctual and pleasant. It took him less then 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with the unit. It had a hidden fan that was inundated with tons of cat hair and other stuff. Since it was on the bottom of the case and hidden from view by other parts, we did not even check that location on our own.Once it was cleaned out by Chip it worked wonderfully. 14 hours after he left the unit was still on working beautifully. In the weeks since his visit, the desktop has no further issues. He did charge us his transportation/visit charge, but did not charge us anything additional fees. If we have further computer issues, I would not hesitate to contact Chip and have him come back to have him assist us."
