I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

He also provided us with an overview of the work he would perform. A few days later Marc provided a detailed quote listing all the work to be performed as well as the materials to be used and a starting date. "Went well, they fixed broken lines in the concrete floor, took out all the cabinets in the kitchen,tore up old flooring and carpets, replaced cabinets, laid Pergo throughout the house, and recut and hung all doors and trim to fit... Painted all, and hooked everthing back up!... Would highly recommend Bob and his crew!  Plus they're pleasant to work with... (That always helps)
