"First and foremost, Nick had very good follow up . Itâ s amazing how many companies we had a hard time getting them to call us back. Nick was quick to call and or text back. In the bidding process he was always in contact with us. We had him do pavement repairs on our parking lot, ( some large cut outs, and repaving was done ) then crack filling and last was seal coating and parking space stripes. The lot was 98,500 sq ft. They did the repairs and seal coating in two full days. He was in the middle of the bidding quotes. We tossed out all the cheap bids and tossed all the super high ones. His company Done-Rite was not the cheapest , but we wanted quality , and like anything ....... you get what you pay for ! We own other commercial properties and will let him bid those too when the time comes. Iâ ve waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to make sure weâ re happy with the results. & we are. "Huge thanks to CJ and his team at 360 Degree Construction for an incredible job on my concrete project! From start to finish, they completed everything in one week! (This was super important with dogs that are used to using backyard to do their business.) Today was the final day of cleanup, power washing and sealing the concrete. CJ was amazing to work with—professional, meticulous, and always communicating the plan for the next day. "One word can describe Roger, his crew, and their work -AWESOME!!!   From start to finish Roger and his team where very
accommodating even when hiccups occurred.   After the deck was torn off, we discovered there was a lot of wood rot that would need to be repaired before the steps were completed.  Roger and his team completed as much of the patio and steps as they could, then once the wood was repaired six days laterby a handyman they came back to finish the job and put flashing to make sure it wouldn?t happen again.  Roger and his team are extremely conscious about the work being done as well as making sure the customer is happy.  An hour after they finished (and most of the next week) there was a lot of heavy rain and some of the locking sand did not completely dry and was washed away between the pavers on the steps.  I called Roger and asked for some sand to put into the gaps on the steps, they came out and reapplied a new layer on top of the whole patio as well as filled in all the gaps on the steps.  The sand is now dry, locked and looks great.  Everyone was very nice and very hard working, at the end of each day everything was cleaned up and hauled away.  They went above and beyond what was in the contract - installing a underground drain pipe leading about 30 feet away from downspout that was draining under the deck, Installing new sod and mulch around the patio...even providing mulch to cover existing beds to hide the dust created from cutting the pavers.   Very happy with the results, they went above and beyond for the price we paid.  Will definitely have roger and his crew out to do some other projects this fall or next spring

"Lincoln was A on everything. The only thing is you have to pay in cash for everything, he is an old guy, and don't take checks or charge. He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't take charges, but I was fine with it."

"In addition to correcting the shoddy work performed by Basement Flood Protector, since BFP refused to, Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing Solutions, Villa Park, IL, went far above their quote by installing drainboard, dealing with the ejection line and bubble pot -- not part of the job, as well as cutting and removing an old oil tank from another crawlspace and encapsulating the space.  Brian also offered advice on using a Ramset powder actuated nail driver in their concrete, they got me a spray foam kit at cost and dropped it off.  All of that for no extra charge possibly because they seemed to feel bad about my experience with their "competitor", and most of all, they made sure I was comfortable with their work.  I have already contacted them for some new work that is pending, and will do the same if anything else goes wrong with Basement Flood Protector's equipment or work.  I have no expectation that Basement Flood Protector would stand by anything else any more than they already did, and I could do without the abusive rudeness.  Save yourself the cash and hassle.  Call Brian at Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing Solutions first."
