My cleaning was very thorough and professionally done. Scott advised me what and how he would proceed. He took steps to cover my cameras and other electrical. I was very pleased with the finish result as it looked like it did five years ago when I moved in.

Scott came out to soft-wash our 1-story house. He was quick to respond to my email request with a quote that I thought was a fair price. He walked me through the process beforehand and explained his approach on the cleaning process. On our cleaning day, he showed up on time and patiently responded to all my questions. Soft-washing is a new low-pressure washing technique that wonâ t damaged any surface that I hadn't heard of. Scott used specialized solutions to safely remove all 'the green growth & stains' from our siding, gutters, and even some roof shingles. He even got to the nooks and crannies---all without damaging the surface. All surfaces looked great afterwards. Overall, great work & a great guy! Thanks Scott for your professionalism. He's a local independent guy--give him an opportunity to quote your project!

Scott did a fantastic job on my roof. It's an old white roof that looked black. He first cleaned the roof and it now looks brand new! He then applied a sealant and I have postponed putting on a new roof. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very timely. I highly recommend.

I live in Fronkfort Illinois and was considering a new roof. I $aved thousands by choosing Roof Maxx of Orland Park. Scott did an amazing job. He did a soft wash and treated it with Roof Maxx. My roof looks new and has added life to my existing shingles. What he did to my old roof is almost UNBELIEVABLE. Highly recommend calling Scott before you call anyone else. CALL TODAY!

I was considering a new roof when I learned about a more cost saving alternative. They condition older asphalt shingles with a environmentally safe linseed oil in order to extend the life of your existing roof. I $aved thousands... They were done in less than 4 hrs and now my roof looks NEW and extended the life of my existing roof. I absolutely recommend calling for an estimate BEFORE you consider calling a roofer.
