I needed a chandelier hung from our two story ceiling. Ken, the owner, was very responsive. Gave me a quote and an install date that wasn’t that far out. Pricing competitive. Brandon and another installer(sorry I missed your name) were on time, clean, polite and thorough. I had a late request involving the chandelier, they had to pull back out the scaffold right after they had put it away. I felt terrible, but they made me feel my request was no problem at all.
I’m so glad I found this company. I will be using them again, and will be recommending them as well.

Brandon arrived on time for the initial inspection and was extremely professional. He happily answered all my questions and explained the issues. He returned to do the work less than a week later, again arriving on time and conducted himself in a professional way. He completed his work within the expected time frame, and cleaned up after the work was done. I worked hire them again without hesitation.

Ken is very responsive and his staff is very diligent. We have a older home so it has its challenges. Mr Electric is very reasonable and intelligent when they estimated the time it would take for the job. It still took longer given the unknowns in this house and they still got the job done at no additional expense. I have already hired them a second time for a different problem. They are my electrician from now on.

Super honest, we had no electricity, previous company that came (also recommended by Angi) said we need a new box ($2,850 cost, full day of work). Jay diagnosed the problem: a lose bolt! Tightened the bolt, electricity back immediately, no bs!! Thanks!
