The work turned our great. But the pricing was a nightmare and the correspondence has been terrible too. The original quote included re-piping the hot water heater, installing the washer faucet box, install the new copper piping in the wall to the washer box, re-run drain piping for a condensate line into the same drain as the washer, install a new frost proof hose bib. The contractor said this work would cost $2,500. I told him I wasn't looking to spend that kind of money and we had to scale the work back. We eliminated the hose bib, moved the piping to surface mount instead of in wall and left the condensate line as it was then, which was surface mounted and drained in to the Floor Drain. Upon receipt of the invoice for the work, contractor Dave charged me $2,500. I went back & forth with him in emails disputing the charge due to him not completing the original specified amount. Ultimately, he threatened to place a lien on my house if I didn't pay the full amount. He said he had to do "extra" work to complete the scaled back scope of work and charged me for it, without ever contacting me about it. When I asked him for those charges, & scope of work that absolutely had to be done, once again, he just skipped over the question and said I owed him for services rendered. He never answered any of my questions and just kept saying that I owed him the full $2,500 amount. The work he and his crew do is real, quality work, but he will overcharge you and will not, for any reason provide you a detailed invoice. He billed me for work he never did and either lied about doing "extra" work or just did it and never contacted me about it. This is not satisfactory contractor behavior and I would recommend people stay away from this contractor. There are many more good ones out there.

Great. Dave came within a couple of hours, checked out my entire bathroom plumbing system, unplugged the drain and even did some extra work that he included in the price. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very courteous, friendly and patient. This is the 3rd time his service has solved my plumbing problems quickly and efficiently.

We've known him a long time, and he's very, very good.We had to get a new water softener, and none of them fit our existing plumbing. So, we had to do some rerouting. It was a big project. He does fabulously neat work. We bought the softener separate, and he connected the plumbing work. I think it was around 1100 and he'd given us a discount, it might've have been less. It had been a nightmare, I had came home to fix water softener. My husband had just put 160 pounds of salt into the salt tank and it no longer recycled. I'm not complaining about it because it was 48 years old. It was convenient. I came home to those two things and the rats in my dishwasher. All this in a month. I like the quality of his work and precision. My husband was a mechanical inspector for a nuclear power plant. So, you know if you're a fraction of a millimeter off of anything off, everything has to be 1001% perfect. He was born a perfectionist to start with. He was more than satisfied. He very good. It was a nightmare kind of thing that had to be done in the space we had. It was a very nice price if you had to have it done. It's just fabulous. Me and my husband talked extensively. He would be our first choice.

I am writing a review for work done this summer-  sorry for really late review. Estimating cost but pretty close.  Anyway, Dave is the man.  I was selling my parents home and needed to remove knarly old non-working metal shower. He showed up on time ready to go. Shut off water and capped off existing water lines. Removed unused shower water lines and took apart old metal shower. Left floor drain pipe at appropriate height - ready for trim ring.  Took about 3 hours of work start to finish -working whole time. Great job start to finish. Will call him again for future work.

We had a major leak into our living room and assumed it was because of the washing machine upstairs.  Dave was called on a Saturday and returned the call the next day.  He came out on Monday and asked leading questions to diagnose the problem, rather than going on our uneducated assumptions.  Luckily, it was the toilet in the master bath and not a main line as we originally  suspected.  He offered to replace the bolts on the leaking tank and cross our fingers that solved the problem.  We opted to have him replace the entire toilet (he suspected a possible crack in the tank) rather than take the chance.  He ordered us a new toilet and fixed the problem that was causing the leaking.  Through out every encounter with Dave we felt informed and comfortable with heading his recommendations.  As a small business owner ourselves, it was refreshing to work with a gentleman that is running his business the right way; educating about his passion and treating his customers with respect and consideration.  We are renting this property, but we will certainly be taking Dave's card with us into our new home!

First he came in and inspected the plumbing to see what needed to be done and discussed options with us. Then he spent a day doing the work, explaining everything he was doing and showing us how to change the filter, how to safely shut off the water, and so on. He even left notes for the water-quality person who will be installing the water purifier.

Dave did a great job! He came out within a few hours of when I called him. He was very neat, covering both my floor and under the kitchen sink. He explained everything he was doing and also told me how I could prevent the problem from reoccurring. He wiped up the floor and under the sink and left everything immaculate. He was very professional. I would highly recommend him!

He was wonderful. He gave me a quote after looking at the problem and he stuck to the quote. He explained everything as he did it and showed me the issues that we had. On the receipt, he wrote a very detailed explanation of what he did both for himself so that he remembers exactly what he did and also for us so that we know exactly what he did. He was meticulously clean. He protected the floor, put his tools on towels, he had to take out our toilet and he put it on a turf in the bathroom. He just did a great job and I was very impressed.
