"The move started out good, in my opinion. The team of three workers packed very quickly all of my household items. I was pleased with the speed of getting my belongings packed. I arrived at my new location about 10 to 15 minutes before they arrived. I waited until they arrived and showed them how to get to the rear of the apartment building. I went upstairs to my apartment to unlock the door so they could begin bringing in the bags and boxes. I am alone. I don't have no friend or family member to assist me with supervising the team. One of the workers, Miguel, showed me my small antique lamp that got damaged. I said okay. He apologized for the damage. Later during the move I was told by Donna that my credit card could not be accepted for the Overtime charge of $123.27. Donna told me I must pay cash for the overtime charge which is not my fault. So once again, I left the workers alone with my belongings and went out to get the cash for the overtime and the $75 dollar tip for each worker. I spent an additional $348.27 with this company. $123.27 overtime plus $225.00 tips. After the workers left I felt that something was not right with the move. Later that evening I worked very hard opening the bags and boxes. To my dismay I discovered kitchen items, electronics, clothing, my expensive binoculars, glassware, baking pans, cellphone equipment gone missing. I came to the conclusion that Advanced Moving and Storage Inc is not a quality moving company. During my telephone conversations with Donna and the Owner I told them that I regretted hiring your company and I would never do business with you again. I am seeking a refund of the $889.00 for the Unpacking Service that I cancelled on Thursday May 29, 2025. Would also like to receive a full or 50 percent refund of the entire expenditures totalling $1755.78 (Visa) + $889.00 (Visa) + $123.27 (Cash) + $225.00 (Cash) Equals $2,993.05"

After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. "They charged us 1650 $ in place for 750$ citing that the person who took the list of inventory did not have couch and dining table listed. They moved dining chairs and one half of the couch. Then a guy from a customer service called and literally bullied us to pay extra. We did but this was an added stress to us. Bullies and cheaters "

"I hired them for 10/29/25. I told them that I needed to have my entire 1 bedroom apartment re carpeted and need everything moved out. Gave him a brief list of what was going to be boxed up and needed to be moved out of the apartment. Upon full installation of the carpeting everything needs to get brought back in. Starting around 9am & not sure when finishing.He said he would charge flat rate of $650 and stay there till the job was done. On 10/29/25 on the way by me, Tim called and asked me where all the boxed up items were going? I got nervous and said ?in your truck.? They didn?t even have a truck to put my items in. They were moved into the apartment hallway and outside on my patio and grass. I had to pay $650 for that without a truck which was ridiculous. On top of it I left my TV in my living room with all cords attached. My TV was moved into my bedroom with no cords, never put back. HDMI/Power Cord are still missing. They didn?t know where they went. I had to buy all new ones."
