"F and A did a fantastic job cleaning our windows and doors! The communication was great, they arrived on time and cleaned every glass surface, sills, and screens until they looked almost new. It was wonderful to walk into the house and see the sun and plants through sparkling clean windows. We will hire F and A to clean our windows every spring!"

"Keven takes pride in a job well done! He made our windows sparkle after being exposed to road construction dirt during a year long project on our street. He went above and beyond and even cleaned our large bedroom and bathroom mirrors. I would highly recommend Keven!"

"On time, good job, not an A because missed cleaning 3 tracks and some were just ok in cleaning aspect. Cleaning of windows and power washing was very good, very professional and efficient. Had me check work on siding before moving on and made sure to confirm pricing and what i wanted before starting windows. In and out in 1 day, as promised!"

"Great experience! Kris was responsive and gave a free estimate before performing the work (we had outside windows cleaned). The price was fair, and Kris was very detailed in cleaning all of the windows. Will use again when needed!"

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, professional window cleaners will clean the surface of the glass on both the inside and the outside. They will usually clean the tracks for your windows, check and clean the weatherstripping, and even disassemble parts of your window, if necessary, to clean and lubricate interior components and moving parts.

Yes, many services include cleaning as part of the repair process. Confirm with your provider.

Professional cleaning offers deeper sanitization, reaches grout inaccessible by home tools, and restores tiles without causing damage. Technicians have expertise and equipment that ensures long-lasting cleanliness and improved aesthetics.

One of the best professional cleaning solutions that won’t leave streaks is one gallon of distilled or bottled water mixed with 2 to 4 teaspoons of dish soap. Apply using a sponge in a figure-eight motion, and then use a squeegee to remove the majority of the water and soap. You can finish drying with a piece of old black-and-white newspaper to remove any residue for a streak-free clean every time.

Clean with non-abrasive cleaners and a soft cloth, avoiding ammonia-based products that can degrade the film.
