"I have used Critter Control for many years. I used them because their employees were invariably knowledgeable about the various animals often telling me from clues left by the animals exactly what type of animal I was dealing with. They have now been bought out by a large company and it seems as if a lot of that knowledge has left. I recently hired them to deal with animals, I assumed possums. They have changed their pricing structure from a per animal charge to a flat fee. They explained that before hand and while pricey, I was willing to deal with it because of the good experiences I had had in the past. They came out and caught immediately a baby possum. Afterward, I got up the scat so I would know if there were others. There were although the employee thought it wasn't more scat just mud. I pointed out that when it had been fresh, it was obviously scat. I also suggested that they might want to move the traps as I did not think it reflected where the animals had been going.
