"I experienced an incident that resulted in water-damage to my home, (the vanity/sink, carpet, adjoining wall, and ceiling on the floor below). The company assisted in the repairs and replacement of all of the above. They assisted me by accompanying me to the hardware store to help select the appropriate replacement hardware. They were also very forthcoming with regards to their fees, and those of their subcontractors, so there were no surprises when they presented me with their final invoice. They completed my project very diligently, always updating me on the status of the project, and including me in their schedule along with their other customers (despite that we had the setback that the item I had selected from the store was discontinued, and I had to return to select a different one). Their staff was very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to others and would not hesitate to hire them again myself."
