They were also very forthcoming with regards to their fees, and those of their subcontractors, so there were no surprises when they presented me with their final invoice. They completed my project very diligently, always updating me on the status of the project, and including me in their schedule along with their other customers (despite that we had the setback that the item I had selected from the store was discontinued, and I had to return to select a different one).
