"We needed the exterior of our home and deck cleaned and painted. Artemio was very responsive and we met with soon after reaching out to him. He provided a verbal esimate immediately and a written estimate within a few days. He and his crew were available quickly. They power washed the house and deck, secured and replaced some boards on our deck and sanded it. Two coats and our house and deck look great."

"The paint team (two guys) were on time, got the job done in what seems record time and it was done to my complete satisfaction. Only issue (not an issue really) the quoted price was adjusted. I sent pics prior to scheduling the job so I thought that would be sufficient but the price changed. Again not an issue just expected to pay one price and it changed. Overall these guys are great and I would recommend and definitely hire again. Actually waiting on another quote from them on additional work."

Stucco questions, answered by experts

Repaired stucco requires regular inspections, cleaning to prevent mold or mildew build-up, and timely minor repairs to address hairline cracks. Applying protective sealants can also enhance longevity and maintain its appearance.

The best adhesive that works on stucco is usually a product specified for use on stucco or concrete surfaces. The adhesive will need to be strong to grip the stucco, but should also wipe away clean when used in a temporary application. You can also consider using super glue or hot glue on stucco.

A standard drill will work just fine if you’re drilling small holes, and only a few of them. But anything with a diameter larger than 3/8 inch is best done with a hammer drill, since it is stronger, faster, and also makes your drill bits last longer. While you don’t absolutely need a hammer drill for stucco, it is a worthy investment if you think you might drill more holes down the road.

It’s not advisable to use CLR on stucco. CLR is a powerful acidic cleaner designed for removing tough mineral stains. Stucco is a porous material commonly made of cement, lime, and sand. The acidic nature of CLR can potentially damage or etch the stucco surface, leading to discoloration or deterioration.

It is best to use cleaning solutions specifically formulated for stucco or mild household cleaners mixed with water to clean stucco siding. Always test any cleaning product in a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire stucco surface.

Several clues suggest that your stucco is damaged or has underlying issues. Visual clues include discoloration, cracks, indentations, broken caulking, or visible mold. If you touch your stucco and feel any soft spots, that could also indicate a problem. If you notice any of these concerns, call in an inspector who can confirm your suspicions and help provide solutions.
