I am a Journeyman Union Carpenter by trade but after 15 years left it to pursue other things. I have had rental properties and done hundreds of property rehabs and remodels over the years. I have a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical and I take pride in my work. I also rehab and refinish antique wood furniture and build custom furniture out of old wood and recycled materials. No job is too small and I enjoy meeting all the people that this kind of work leads me too.

First Impressions is a business in the Jackson, MO area that has been in operation since 2007. Hi, I'm Kyle Litchfield, and I am the owner of First Impressions Home Improvement and Painting. I am a lifelong resident of the Cape/ Jackson area and I take great pride in every project I am given the chance to work on. We do subcontract help for concrete pours but we do not leave the job until it is complete. Our subs are in place to help with the time element for the job, time is $$$. Our Company will travel and we have no Office hours so that our Customers may call at their convenience.

The crew parked their truck and other equipment on the street and, when asked politely to move so another truck could get through, they refused. It is a public street, but as it is also trash day, it’s not unreasonable to ask a badly parked truck to be moved. Thiele needs to understand the customer extends beyond the person writing the check. The next door neighbors on either side of this house would have appreciated a heads up about the early morning racket. Also website listed on their truck does not exists ([*** Link removed ***]"
