My husband noticed our water pipes under the crawl space was broken in two places. Drain Doctor came over and gave us an estimate. They started working at 1 pm and finished around 6:30. They also came back to make sure there were no leaks. Total cost was $375, a lot less than I had expected. Thanks!!
Description of Work: Replaced water pipes under the sink and crawl space.

We had to hire someone else to come fix what she couldn't even after paying well over 800 $
Description of Work: Attempt to fix leak from washing machine drain. After having to return to my house numerous times, the problem was still never fixed. Also very unreliable about scheduling.

Not well. They were here over 2 hours on what should have not taken that long. More time was wasted than actually spent on job. After all that time they still didn't get my drain to drain properly. Said they would be back on 10/13, but they never showed up. They called and said they would be there on 10/15, but they never showed. Called this morning (10/16) and said they would be over. It is 1:25 pm and I still haven't heard from them.
