BELUE PLUMBING

My neighbor is using this company to do their plumbing replacement and they hired another company to do the digging.. Not only did they pile the dirt on my property line, they buried my unit.. not one time but TWICE. They also wrapped it in plastic.. MULTIPLE times... surprise.. I'm now having ac issues. The company that did the digging refused to provide insurance information upon request and so did Belue plumbing when I requested it from them.. they then neglected to return my call like they said they would. I had to submit an open record request with the city this evening and am now pending that. . Super unprofessional and they do not take responsibility for their negligence.

We've counted on Belue for many years and they have never disappointed us. This time the technician arrived on time and did the needed work quickly and, as usual, he left the place as clean as it was when he arrived. We recommend Belue to all our friends and family anytime they have plumbing problems. You can't go wrong with Belue!

Not well. Plumber discover the hat water heater was damaged by an leak in the water intake pipe ,the water heater had been installed by them. One plumber walked off the job when I said I might not use them again if I had to pay for their mistake. Repair was completed 3 hours later by a replacement plumber

The plumber arrived within the time window but without the replacement heater I had requested. He stated we would have to pay for replacement. When I questioned it and said I was a long time customer and would have to think about using them again,if they would not stand by their work. He stormed down the drive saying he would not work on it. I called back to the office and another plumber was sent 4 hours later and I was charged for the labor to replace the heater.I would have hope the company would express regret about the actions of their employee but they did not. There are many plumbers why take a chance on them?

Was sure we had an underground water leak due to increased water bill during winter when it should have been about 1/3 the metered quantity.  Could tell there was water on portions of driveway, front garden, near slab.  Belue has been our plumber of choice for over 20 years, so even though they said they don't have the latest sound location technology, called them anyway as we trust them.  The dispatched tech (Brad) arrived on time, asked some questions, and said he didn't think it was a supply line leak, thought it probably in the area of where the supply line from the city meter joins the house line at the house shut off valve, up near the front porch area.  We've been in this house 25 years, I didn't even know we had a shut off valve, I've just used the meter shut off out at the street in the past!  Brad used a probe rod and quickly picked out where he thought the valve and leak were.  This he confirmed by digging down and finding a buried cover for the shut off, after which he dug around and uncovered the valve, and sure enough, a small geyser of water jetting out.  After dredging it out and enlarging the area and pumping out the water, he pointed out where the supply line from the meter joined the house line shut off, displayed how it was stressed, where the leak was, and he was then ready to make the repair.  He removed the original join coupling, fabricated a new coupler which was angled to relieve the stress on the supply line and reassembled the coupler join.  No more leak!  All this took Brad about 2 hours, I'm pretty impressed, I was figuring on a few days and an entirely new supply line!  Belue Plumbing is a company that is trustworthy, provides quality results and does not price gouge.  We will keep them as our first choice in plumbing services.

Considering we had such a bad service call with another plumbing company, I was hesitant about how things would go with Belue. I was pleasantly surprised. Will came out and was friendly from the get go. He checked on all the things we asked about and fixed most in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

I have used them a lot over the last 10-12 years. I have used them 4-5 times. I like them. It was fairly inexpensive.

I originally had another plumber come out and do an estimate that was somewhere in the thousands of dollars, and a pure guess as to what the issue was.  Upon the recommendation from a neighbor, I called Belue, and I'm so happy I did!  They were there for over 5 hours and completely repaired the leak.  The sale of my home was dependent on this repair, so I can't express how happy I am that they were able to find the leak and get it fixed same day, and at such a reasonable rate.  Too bad I'm leaving the area, because I would call them any time for any plumbing issue!

Fixed the Hot water Handle for a washing machine being put in.  The new washer
had already been dropped off, I had already taken off from work, and
they did not hesitate on making an "emergency" call.    The gentleman
that came out was "the best".  He went above and beyond what I expected.

I was replacing a sink faucet and found the shutoff valves were broken.  I did not know how to replace these so I called Belue out.  They arrived quickly and did a great job replacing the valves.  They are great about just doing what you ask -- I advised I could handle replacing the faucet and did not need help with that and he happily just repaired the valves without upcharging me for a faucet installation I could handle myself.  Great, honest company and they are my go-to plumber.

Responded on short-notice to replace a leaking toilet water shutoff valve.  Brad was very consciensous in making sure there was no leak with the new valve and was very helpful and professional in general.  Will not hesitate to contact them again for any future plumbing needs.  Highly recommended.
