22 Overall the install was okay at best. The quality of materials was very poor even though we paid for cedar . They are way overpriced and don't stand by there products/work. I’ve attached photos of the posts visible on the outside of the concrete…. It’s safe to say we will not use them in...
Team showed up right on schedule. Work was professionally performed. Crew was polite and I was educated on how to properly vent an attic. I am going to have them install a new vent fan.
THE ATTIC EXPERTSThe semi-annual checkups were OK as was the emergency repair work they did. But after we had a new HVAC system installed and no longer needed our contracts with them they failed to honor our written request to return the requested balance remaining on our contracts.
Rich did a nice job an a complete furnace and A/C installation. his price was reasonable and he is knowledgeable in his line of work. I would recommend him to friends and family.

It took awhile to get it done as far as Roto Rooter kept postponing our installation due to emergency things kept coming up for them that they had to get to first. But our basement was dry and it wasn't suppose to rain anytime soon so that was ok. But I would have been upset if our basement...

The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"
