"Acculevel did a super job for us! We have a house that was built in 1902 with a small crawl space. They fixed ALL our problems and did NOT have to tear up the floors. Our floors are level and stable. They were professional and neat. I would hire them for any basement or foundation issues you wont be sorry! 10 stars to the crew"

"Completed all basement waterproofing work as scheduled, and did a very good job cleaning up afterwards. The quality and finish of the work was likewise good. Very pleased, and will use them again for additional basement improvements."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"

Brady is the best you'll ever find for home remodeling projects.
Showed up on time. Took the time to make ever job right.
Projects were worked on over a number of months, one at a time.

The best and most honest tradesmen I've ever found.
We moved to Texas in January of 2014.  We whish Brady could have come with us.
I've found some good (and bad) people to work on the Texas home.  But no one who comes close to the quality of work done by Brady Brower.

House Leveling questions, answered by experts

During a concrete leveling project in Moline, unexpected issues can arise. Your contractor might discover poor drainage or soil that needs stabilization, requiring additional work. Access for equipment could damage landscaping, leading to restoration needs. Furthermore, Moline's wet spring weather can cause project delays, so it's important to discuss how your pro handles weather-related schedule changes before work begins.

Helpful?

In the short term, concrete leveling in Moline improves safety by eliminating tripping hazards and restores proper drainage to prevent water pooling. Long-term benefits include protecting your home’s value and preventing the need for a full, more expensive replacement. Properly leveled concrete also better withstands Illinois's harsh freeze-thaw cycles, preserving your home's foundation and overall structural integrity for years.

Helpful?

When hiring a pro for concrete leveling in Moline, IL, prioritize those with experience handling the region's freeze-thaw cycles and shifting river valley soil. Ask for local references and inquire about their preferred methods, like mudjacking or polyurethane injection. A reputable contractor should also offer a multi-year warranty, demonstrating confidence in their work against Moline's challenging climate conditions.

Helpful?

If you see sinking slabs, pooling water, or tripping hazards on your Moline property, you likely need concrete leveling. However, if the concrete shows extensive cracking, flaking surfaces, or visible rebar, a full replacement is the better solution. Problems like foundation wall cracks or interior floors settling indicate you should consult a structural repair specialist instead of a leveling pro.

Helpful?

For your home in Moline, IL, create a seasonal inspection routine for your concrete. In spring, check for new cracks or settling caused by winter's freeze-thaw cycles. In the fall, seal any small cracks and clear drainage areas before the cold returns. Document any changes with photos and notes to track slab movement and share this information with a professional.
