Came on very short notice to save the day from sewage backup in our basement. Carpet has no padding but still had been stewing for nearly a week. But their anti-microbial and deodorizing really did the trick! Final bill matched their phone estimate so no punches pulled. Very efficient & professional. Had to move furniture around and very careful. Good guys!

Both service professionals were friendly and polite. They helped me move furniture and other items out of the way as needed, and put heavy items up on casters afterwards. They even help me put my entertainment center on sliders so I can move it by myself in the future. And while nothing gets absolutely all the pet hair out of cheap apartment carpet, these guys get an A+ for effort.
NOTE: The only thing I would recommend to someone living by themselves is to make sure to have someone available to come help you move things back into place when the carpet dries after a few hours, but that goes for any carpet cleaning service I think.
