"Technician showed up on time and was very friendly. He even plugged in the vacuum portion of the sweep outside so as to not create sound disturbances inside my home. In addition, he helped show me how to close a side vent on the fireplace that for the life of me I could not figure out how to close. "The morning of the service call, we received a call to let us know what time they would arrive. Covered floors when they arrived from the front door to the fireplace and the area around the fireplace. They took pictures of the chimney and explained what they saw. Asked if we approve the repair and made the repair. Took pictures again showing us the repair was complete. They text all the pictures to us. Asked us to watch as they camera up the stack so we could see what was going on. Explained everything along the way. I highly recommend this company.
